Shipping and Returns



1. All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date they are purchased. Please note that there are NO Shipments made during Weekends and Special Holidays.

2. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email or phone. Therefore, we require customers to provide us a valid email address and a contact number.

3. All Orders will be Shipped Via United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS Priority Mail Shipments can be expected in 4 - 8 Business Days.

4. Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded 100%. Cancellations after item(s) have shipped are subject to our return policy (below). Please be sure that what you purchase is what you want.

5. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order after it has been shipped, you may return merchandise in its original unopened condition/packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. All orders will be credited within 4 days for the amount of the original order minus shipping costs. This includes all refused or misdirected merchandise as well. All returns must be pre-approved via contact of Kituku & Associates at 1-888-685-1621 or our email address: vincent@kituku.com.

6. Faulty merchandise: If an item received is defective, you may return item within 14 days to exchange for a new one. Additional shipping cost on faulty merchandise will be reimbursed by Kituku & Associates if item is found to be defective. All faulty merchandise returns must be pre-approved via Kituku & Associates at 1-888-685-1621 or our email address: vincent@kituku.com.
